Orders will be shipped within 48 hours for stocked items including regular weekends but excluding New Zealand public holidays.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australian addresses. If you would like to purchase and are from any other location, please contact us directly at info@meryth.com

New Zealand orders - $7.50 per order - courier post – delivery in 1 - 2 working days. 
Australia orders - $20 per order - standard economy  – delivery in 10 -13 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days at info@meryth.com

If your purchased products arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us via email and we can arrange for replacement goods to be sent. Any damaged item must be returned in their original packaging. 

The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable unless the item is faulty.

If you’re sending an online order back to us, we recommend using a tracked service as Meryth - Artist cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by us, it is your responsibility. 

Please allow 3 working days for a return to be processed from the time that your return is received. All items will be inspected upon return.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Tracking numbers will be supplied to the customer via email within 2 hours of goods being dispatched.
